Tips for Increasing Screen
Text Size
Browser options - Internet Explorer
To change the font size in Internet Explorer, choose Tools, then Internet
Options, then click on the Accessibility button at the bottom. Under
Formatting, check "Ignore font sizes specified on Web pages." Then click
"OK" and "OK" again. Then go to the View menu and select Text Size. Then,
choose from the five sizes offered.

Browser options - Netscape
In Netscape, choose the menu item View, Increase Font to make the text
larger. Choose the menu item View, Decrease Font to make the text smaller.
Screen Magnifiers
Screen magnification programs have been developed for people with low vision,
and most of these programs provide magnification from 2 to 16 times.
